      • Looks like tomorrow’s (12OCT19) SQ12 will fly SIN-LAX nonstop due to Typhoon Hagibis

        • SQ921|10OCT (MNL-SIN) was delayed because the originally scheduled aircraft, 9V-SCI had RTBed due to a technical issue.

9V-SCC off of SQ918 had to step in to operate the flight, instead of overnighting in MNL and operating SQ915 the next day (which 9V-SCI operated).

Rebooked, I guess, along with the SIN-NRT folks.

It seems that SQ is increasingly flying ULH with the 77W, so...

There will be some that will be rebook on other airlines when the airport is opened whilst the rest will be on later SQ flights over the next couple of days, provided pax agree to it.

The 773 should easily do the non-stop as flight as it would not be full - wonder if its even close to 50% load?

I'd guess not, given the pricing on the ULR flights, most through passengers would be on the ULRs.

Kinda surprised why they don't just rebook everyone on the ULR and fly the 77W over as a ferry flight.

Most likely because the ULR don’t have the capacity? Only 161 seats. If there is 100 paxes on SQ12, how are they going to fit into the ULR A350? Then who to sit in PE or J? Might as well use the 777-300ER. What for create more trouble of having to rebook/transfer the paxes to SQ38?

Not everyone going to LAX would book PE also.

Further SQ38 depart at 2055HRS. Paxes might have connection to make at LAX. Then SQ have to deal with it as well
