Does the PPS qualification work the same way as KF Gold in terms of qualification period?

For example, can i qualify for PPS in any given 12 months period or is there a fixed period for me in a yr to qualify like KF Gold?

In my statement online, i have to acheive X miles to reach KF gold by 30 Nov. But there is no date for PPS.

I am very near to PPS qualification now.

It is a rolling 12 month period for PPS qualification meaning that it can be any start / end date within a 12 month period.

Requalification is based on the date you qualify.

Based on my current booking, i should be able to achieve PPS from June onwards.

Assuming if i don't subsequently qualify in the next 1 yr after my PPS date is confirmed, then it would mean that the any 12 months qualification will apply to me again.

For example

June 08 - June 09 - PPS
July 09 onward - No more PPS as PPS value is < 25k during the above period

Assuming if i hit $25k PPS value from Aug 09 to Aug 10, my new PPS date will be 1 yr from Aug 10 right?

One last question, do SIA give voucher for new PPS members for onboard purchase?

Yes, that would be correct for the membership year.

I believe that the vouchers are only given for requalification instead of qualification.
