My gut feeling...may be way off the mark...

Utilisation to support the SIN-MUC-MAN 5x weekly increase to daily that begins the same day. When it ends on 30/Jun, aircraft moves to support the new 306/305 LHR rotation schedule from 1/Jul.

When are they due to receive the new batch of 77W?

I'm wondering if it could also be linked to BOM. It gets a refitted 772ER from the same date (Mar 31) but the SV series doesn't currently fly to BOM. Perhaps the refitted 772 will free up a 77W off BOM and some gaps in the 77W rotations will appear- if idle 77Ws then get use on CGK flights, that in turn frees up more 772ERs to be refitted?

The SV*s don't usually go to CGK, AFAIK.

Yes, you are right. I was thinking of BKK that gets a lot of SV series craft.

This is already a popular flight given the timing as business rush hour traffic on Thursday and Friday nights. I often take this flight, gonna try to enjoy it while it lasts.

I'm gonna have a good chuckle if I see someone actually try to deploy the bed in J on this short flight.
