Default Alaska Airlines to join oneworld, deepen AA relationship

Alaska Airlines will no longer remain unaligned, joining oneworld in summer 2021. At the same time, their relationship with American Airlines, which was set to end on March 1, will even stronger. Of note, AA will add long-haul flights from Seattle, to Bangalore and to London, both operating daily.

Doesn't seem like Alaska's existing relationships with other partners such as SQ will be affected:
What does this mean for your existing unaffiliated Global Partners?
Our 16 Global Partners are very valuable and we’ll keep them as long as they continue to provide a unique value to our guests.
Wonder if AA starting SEA-BLR is of any concern to SQ...
