    Today, MXP airport.
    Y deeply discounted tix to MAD-LIS and BA gold.

    IB check-in.

    I kindly ask for an op-up.
    She smiles and reseats me in 4F.... 'very nice' i think.
    Go to LH lounge. Show the wrong card (PPS card) and staff jokes about the wrong card. I tell them it has a great value because you get it only by flying SQ F and C/J. One of the dragons answers to me "LH F is better"....

    Reach my seat 4F on this A320. C/J-Y partition is behind row 6.
    5 minutes before pushback, FAs ask to pax seated in row 4 and 5 to stand up... there was a mistake....
    Move the partition just behind row 3...

    My op-up flies away earlier than me

          Oh you poor thing.

          What about the actual C pax who were sitting in rows 4 and 5; were they downgraded

            There was only 1 other pax in row 4-5.
            she was an old woman (70+) with a revenue C class tix (800 Eur r/T mil/mad).
            FAs were really rude and denied her any biz class benefits. They simply informed her to complain with IB to get a refund.
            I have no words... ok, op-upped people is not a problem, but a woman with a full C class ticket!!!!

              BA Staff = sometimes need to be put in their place - like all staff they have bad days but there is no reason to why they should feel they are superior to the passangers -
