In an unprecedented (and expensive move) - Hilton now offers Fast Track service at BKK. For a very pricey 1500THB (and yes, that is pricey for what's essentially not a ridiculously long wait, and you are not guaranteed a buggy either)!

The maximum I would pay for such a service would be 500THB. And that's being generous. I'd more likely pay 250THB.

      Dear Kyo

Thank you very much for choosing the Millennium Hilton Bangkok for your forthcoming stay.

For your convenience and speed, we are pleased to offer our FAST TRACK SERVICE on arrival at Suvarnbhumi Airport

      Service arrangement includes:
Our Airport Representative will meet you at the aircraft arrival gate
Escort to Fast Track Immigration counter, which provide a dedicated channel through immigration, reducing the amount of time taken to exit the airport.
Escort to baggage claim area to take care of your luggage
Escort to our limousine or any transportation arrangements required.
Approximate maximum time - 15 minutes after flight touch down.

To book your FAST TRACK service:
      Please confirm via e-mail
Contact Magic Call Center email: sutthirat.sornsupaph@hilton.com
Fast track service fare @ 1500THB net per person.

Is there no longer fast track for TG flights, I just passed BKK immigration on arrival 2 days ago, and was told to proceed through to Immigration D4, however I had to do VOA and over there I stood at the fast track line thinking its for J/F, however they asked for a 200 baht fee?

The departure though, we did have fast track from the dedicated checkin area

Not sure about your VOA requirements, but BKK Fasttrack is now on the right of the regular immigration where the APEC cardholders/VIPs go through.

Didn't trek over to the other side to check what happened to the separate premium Fasttrack area, but there was a VIP entourage consisting of 6 pax travelling on my flight (Thai nationals) who had to go through regular immigration (although they commandeered an officer to specifically process them first)...

I am not aware of TG biz class pax ever having fast track immigration. I have never been offered it INBOUND to bkk. I have never seen any passes handed out on board when flying TG.

It is always available outbound as it is setup that way with the check-in area leading to fast track ....

TG J inbound, as you say, has no fasttrack, which is a pity at their TG's home base...

Oh yes they used to have it, and in typical TG clusterf*ck style it got withdrawn without an official announcement a few years ago, maybe a year or so after Suvarnabhumi opened ?.

They left themselves open to lots of complaints as it was still advertised as a benefit long after they stopped allowing it. To wind people up even more it was still advertised as a benefit on the arrival video they showed on their inbound flights.

Gotta love 'em, it's probably still on the video now.

I'm pretty sure I noticed a sign when I arrived the other day mentioning TG F & J pax & CIP fast track...

Customs line was 1 person deep so wasn't phased by it..

Yes, the sign directs you to the extreme-right, which is the VIP/APEC/DYKWIA line/zone...

On arrival I asked an officer of some sort about this (arriving in TG J) the other day, and I was sent to the diplomatic immigration to the far right. No one there so very swift. It's signposted to the right handside that TG J and F has fastrack.

There is definitely new signs up at the top of the ramps leading to the immigration desks stating the TG Pax in J & F can use the fast track.

I came in on TG J from SGN last week but when I saw the queue's down the ramp went straight to the middle desks where crew go and used one of the pile of vouchers I have left. I wondered why the immigration officer stared at it for a while then saw it was stamped 'LH' and dated in 2009.

And this officer still allowed you to use that fast track?
                          Great!
Must bring my old voucher from SQ when flying to BKK as a back up...
