PMNW very strongly refused to assign an organization-wide FF number when some entities wanted to claim miles earned on paid business travel. With DL, it's the same: FF accounts can only be gotten by individual people, not companies, government agencies, etc. However, DL does give good discounts on major corporate contracts (and a certain number of elite status comps). DL also has a program for small businesses so that the small business can earn free tickets and other rewards while the traveling employee or owner simultaneously earns FF miles, elite status, etc. on a regular personal FF account for the same travel.
