TOKYO FLIGHTS
11 March 2011
An earthquake has struck off the coast of Japan, northeast of Tokyo. As a result, Tokyo Haneda Airport is open for limited arrival flights, while Tokyo Narita Airport will be closed as a precautionary measure until further notice.
We are monitoring the situation in Japan closely, and further updates on flights to both airports will be provided as soon as information is available. We advise affected customers to check our website regularly for updates.
Singapore Airlines will endeavour to contact customers booked on the following flights scheduled to depart Singapore on 11 and 12 March 2011, should there be changes to flight timings (all times stated are local):

SQ638 on 11 March, scheduled to depart Singapore at 2355hrs
SQ12 on 12 March, scheduled to depart Singapore at 0945hrs
SQ634 on 11 March, originally scheduled to depart Singapore for Haneda at 1540hrs, has been delayed. Affected customers will be advised of the revised departure time when it has been confirmed.
Click http://www.singaporeair.com/saa/en_U...fo/contact.jsp for the contact information of Singapore Airlines offices around the world.
Singapore Airlines will waive administrative fees for refund, re-booking or re-routing for customers holding confirmed tickets issued on or before 11 March 2011, for travel to and from Tokyo from 11 to 20 March 2011, both dates inclusive.
The waiver also applies to KrisFlyer redemption tickets.
