Sorry I tend not to rip out the DSLR when on board... So it's iPhone/Blackberry camera for the food.

There are several others in Japan, e.g. NGO. HKG also sort of falls under this category (most of the airport is built on reclaimed land).

Yup that's NGO Chubu, according to Google Earth.
