    Hi,

    Wonder if it is true that for tickets (on SQ 618- stock) issued by travel travel agents, it is impossible to enjoy a 15% online discount when upgrading using Krisflyer?

      Oic, thanks for your reply. This is my first time redeeming an upgrade award. Had done the upgrade for one of the sectors, but *** see any value in KF upgrade awards. But since the ticket has been paid for, there isn't much choice, sigh...

      Btw, any tips to ensure credit of the mileage for the tickets (booked in E) to A3 Miles and Bonus?

        It's best to avoid ever having a FF number other than A3 associated with the ticket or reservation. Failing this, keep hard copies of your receipts and boarding passes. Make sure that the A3 FF number prints on your boarding pass and that the name on your ticket exactly matches the name on your A3 FF account.

          SQ is having plenty of problems with upgraded tickets mileage crediting recently. Always keep your boarding passes so that you can claim your mileage later. Just so that you guys know.

              No upgraded fligths credit currently at all and you need to claim it manually. Very irritating.

              I have already two different flights on two different tickets that a) did not post and where b) SQ had already more than a week to credit and did nothing after I sent them a claim.
