It looks like the four A320s in question are -TAN, -TAQ, -TAU and -TAV.

The ex-SilkAir birds are leased, and so, may well be waiting out their lease periods. If that's the case, the transfer to Scoot may merely be a paperwork exercise in preparation for the winding down of the SilkAir AOC.

9V-TAO had landed in LJU earlier. Has it left the fleet as well?

Last SilkAir original A320-233 has left Singapore for good. It was parked under Scoot fleet after SilkAir AOC was merged into SQ mainline.

                      From Skyliner-aviation.de:
                      Airbus A320 -233 4118 2-DREM ? ferried 27jan22 SIN-MCT ex 9V-SLL

                      https://www.flightradar24.com/data/aircraft/9v-sll

Caught here one last time in all-white livery doing airtest: https://www.jetphotos.com/photo/10419056

Judging from her previous sisters, she may ended in scrapyard. 12 years old bird.

Two ex-SilkAir A319-133 are still parked under its AOC. 9V-SBG and 9V-SBH.

Seems like Scoot will not be taking delivery of 9V-NCG named "New Beginnings"?
It has been re-registered as EI-HCX and is due for Viva Aerobus of Mexico.
