With a light pax load expected, plus perhaps "some" cargo, the plane could perhaps make the journey. However, it will definitely be interesting to see the block time for JFK-SIN return especially in northern winter where the flight time could well exceed 18+ hours...
    Block time for SIN-JFK leg is 18hrs 5mins, JFK-SIN is 18hrs 40mins.

Will cabin crews get rest in between? This long flight looks very exhausting for both passengers and the crews.

I don’t see why not? Same as other flights of similar length

Well this is the USA, SIA may have to be extra careful if crew leave the airport or even the plane. Things aren't over there yet.

There will be 2 sets of tech crew, and the cabin crew will take turns for rest.

I checked Expert Flyer, SQ24 will have J class row 11-22, PY class row 31-33, plus economy class, so it is definetely using 350LH, instead of A350ULR (9V-SGA-SGG)

thought it's already quite clear from their press release?

Not sure when it was opened for booking, but Economy Class is available and bookable now.

That is a very low low figure and even if taking in the average number of pax for its SIN-LAX figure of 35 passengers, would it really make financial sense to operate this SIN-NYC flight for 18 hours plus, using its more expensive hedged fuel even with its limited cargo. It would be more of a publicity and PR exercise to have this flight.
