  • 747 in Seletar Airport

Interestingly from flightradar24, saw a Atlas Cargo 747-412F aircraft registration N489MC on the ground. Am surprised that now Seletar can handle even a empty 747F as sometime ago was reported that its runway was extended to allow for 737/A320 to use, but a 747? And another interesting find is a Thai Airways A333 registration HS-TEN with flight number TG8344 in Seletar too.

You're confusing it with Paya Lebar Air Base (QPG/WSAP). FR24 often inaccurately displays QPG movements as XSP. But on the map it is correct.
