He has held positions of Executive Chef and Senior Consultant at a number of Asia food and beverage groups while some may also recognize him from his appearances on numerous popular TV cooking shows.

                      There is no longer any printed menus and dinner is served in one tray with no starter.
                      Even beverage service no longer comes with any packaged snacks.
                      Economy class gets a beverage service with warmed bread buns.

                      Tonight’s dinner feature three choices – Chiu Chow style soy sauce marinated duck breast with noodles or Beef Goulash with pasta or Grilled Portobello mushroom with potato pie and sautéed spinach
