Cathay Pacific Jan Supersavers LHR and SIN

CX is offering major Chinese cities - HKG - LHR return flights starting from 4000 CNY. Booking by end of January, travel in February and March.

Also SIN gets a Supersaver price tag from mainland China. Prices start from 1500 - 2500 CNY depending on the departure city. Booking and travel times are as above.

The SIN offer actually looks very attractive to me as I have wanted to visit local friends for some time now. Throw in a lunch stopover in Hongkong and voila.

The offer is good for non-elite members, but for elite members of MPO, these fares are not eligible for milleage accrual.

However, you get all the frequent flyer perks even with the bargain ticket. And there are other OW mileage programs that allow points for those flights to be credited.

Just as a hint, Finnair is offering pretty good I class biz fares out of China and Korea among other markets, not sure about Hongkong though. 125% Asia Miles earned and Club Miles will also be added to MPC.

That's one thing I hate about many CX special deals ex-LHR. The fares do not accrue mileage.
