It seems that surcharge will affect only relatively italian PPS fares.

as usual my english is poor.
I meant that a roundtrip ex or via MIL will cost 200/220 EUR more than the fare ex or via FCO.
IMHO, 220 EUR per RT is definitely better than 250 USD per sector
