    Saw this FlightGlobal Article popped up in one of my news feeds:

    The good news bit is that the plane did safely proceed to SIN without further incident after the pilots finally recognised the mistake and took corrective action, but I could kind of imagine the situation in the cockpit at the time when the incident happened. Looks like is was an overnight flight from PVG to SIN too. 500ft altitude isn't that high and could have been alarming...

    Also from the picture of the website it looks like the aircraft concerned is 9V-SWD...

      Looks like poor situational awareness by the pilots and first officer attention during the entry into the FMS. The Report will be a good lessons for other pilots to note on the mistake and recovery.
