Could you or anyone chip in on the new R as well

Saw the youtube, and am wondering if you are a solo traveller which would be the best seat? Leaning row 3 since i'm not sure how thin the bed divider is between row 1/2 - that i might bump my knees or vv.
Another concern about last row in current R is the proximity to galley. Poorly placed and loud noise from galley. Hopefully improved on new R.
I'm currently on SQ232 in 3F. So to answer your question regarding row 3. The proximity to the galley is annoying. Especially when the suite door is open, which by the way doesn't extend all the way down to the floor either.

You can actually see into the galley when both the suite door and galley curtain are opened. It's a direct line of sight from the bed. This applies to 3A as well.

I will recommend choosing row 1 or 2.

The suite itself is amazing. I'm enjoying the space. The armchair is very comfortable. The bed is firm and perfect for me as I like it that way. They have both soft and firm pillows for you to choose.

The suite decor looks nothing like a doctor's/dentist/psychiatric office that some people alluded to.

Was on SQ221 seat 1A. Overall i love the new suites. Quite an improvement from the old one. The bed was definitely softer and more comfortable.

A few minor issues for me.

When I was having dinner facing the big TV with the door opened and 1F pax does the same, it kinda awkward since we were facing each other.

Toilet hygiene level not like usual, probably hard for the crew to tell that a passenger had used the toilet since it's located at the front. More than 3 times a visit to the toilet that warrants me to wipe the toilet seat before it can be used. Something that I very rarely have to do if i were to fly in old suites.

And the lalique pajamas is an improvement in terms of design. But in terms of fabric, it's quite thin and feels kinda itchy to the skin.
