All the slots are full it seems. I can only go during the weekends which is even worse.

My father's flying to SIN on his way to DEL this Sep/Oct. While going he has a layover from 7PM-2AM (SQ31 to SQ402), coming back from 6AM-9AM (SQ401 to SQ32).

I heard T4 is supposed to be different from the other 3 terminals. So if one wanted to just explore and walk in T4, they would have to go through security before entering T4, and coming back to T3, not at all? I find that a little weird, strange and confusing.

There will be no access for passengers transferring at T1, T2 or T3 to hop over to T4. You will need a boarding pass for a flight departing at T4. Security at the first three terminals are decentralised but at T4 it's centralised.

This is very disappointing indeed. Looks like neither me nor my parents will ever get to explore T4 unless we got a flight on some other airline (Not SilkAir).
