  • 77WR - Row 12/14 or Row 15?

Would the "premium" of being in a smaller cabin albeit Row 12/14 signficantly outweigh being in a larger cabin but in Row 15?

I think being in the first few rows of the large cabin feels similar to being in the mini cabin. Basically, the rows behind you are out of sight and out of mind.

Row 15 will be the bulkhead which gives you added space, but I'm not sure I'd want to be so close to the toilets. The last time I was on the 77WR in J I bailed out of row 15 when row 12 became available, and didn't regret my choice.

I personally prefer the large cabin, i personally think that the mini cabin feels cramped and its usually full.
But saying that I still think that 15A/K are the worst seat on the plane, next to the galley, from your seat you actually can see whats going on in the galley.

        Some call row 11-12 a mini F

Related question: Does anyone know if row 14 on the 77WR is missing a window? I'm currently in 17A but 14A just opened up.

Yes. You 'only' have 1 window.

Personally, I think row 12 is underated.

Whether it is a two-row mini-cabin or 3-row mini-cabin, Row 12 is my preference if 11 is not available.

I don't remember Row 12 losing a window in the 777WR (14 is the loser) but it doesn't matter. Never missed it...not even in the 777W, where it is missing. Just lean forward a little to look out. It is only useful for a short while anyway. Your window would be closed most of the flight.

                Enjoy!
