    Thinly-sliced duck breast drizzled with an oriental sesame dressing and garnished with frisee lettuce, dill sprig and carrot julienne

    With olive tapenade bruschetta

    Offered with a choice of an olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette or a blue cheese dressing

    Rack of Lamb

    With herb butter stuffing, accompanied by truffled walnut spaghetti, sautéed Brussels sprouts with crispy bacon and thyme jus

    *Just a note - my godparents provided me these two menus, and they were very disappointed with SAA, in terms of quality and quantity of food. The F/As were indifferent and did minimal, and disappeared between meal services. The Mid-flight snack never made its show. They told me that they appreciated United more after this flight (both were 1K flyers).
