  • May EGs guest someone to priority checkin and boarding?

hi guys, happy cny to all.

just wondering if you guys have had any experience having a guest check in using priority check-in and boarding with priority with you on any sq flights? I mean EGs are able to guest someone in to lounges but what about checkin/boarding?

hope to clarify this doubt. thanks all!

No problem at all assuming you and your guest are on the same flight

Have had success even when not going on the same flight but departing on the same day...

It's down to the check-in/gate staff using their common sense to bend the rules in your favour. They're no doubt entitled (if they really wanted to) to insist on the rules - i.e. cardholder only.

Given the above, you have to be sensible in not asking for too much, e.g. I'd imagine a cardholder plus spouse and a child would be okay 99% of the time but IMO a cardholder with two business colleagues or a cardholder plus a large family would be going too far.
