I've been having great difficulty securing a journey that is purely SQ on the outbound, but a Star Alliance award (one sector *A and the rest SQ) on the inbound. Each time the contact centre tries to do it, they say "Sorry, my system won't give me a price" (the price is straight forward to calculate manually, in reality). Sample itinerary below:

FRA-SIN (SQ)
SIN-MEL (SQ)
I suspect this is because it cannot price it as a r.t. with different conditions. Has anyone managed to successfully ticket such a trip? Definitely not doable online and the contact centre agents get very stuck each time. Have been waiting for a callback for several days.
