I flew with an all female VS crew once, on a 747-400 no less. Captain was i think 744 chief captain at the time.

For a country that is so modern and westernized, it surprised me that there are no female tech crew in SQ.

Does it surprise us all? Absolutely not.

Many years ago, the recruitment age for cabin crew was stated. Though it is no longer mentioned, the same still applies.

It would be more realistic to see some future female flight crew than the relaxation of cabin crew entry age. For a world-class carrier, there's a long way to go.

I clearly remember Silkair ever have a female FO, who was previously an instructor from the RSAF, and she is also a flying mom, left Silkair after a short stint and went over to Jetstar Asia as a captain, after which never come across any female tech crew under the umbrella of SQ & MI.

AFAIK there are 4 female captains in MI.
