Hi Gunners, you might want to try deleting all the information from your web browser - cookies etc etc as your browser might have some strange stored information. That's assuming you've used the same pc each time you've tried to log-on....

After the changes on 15 September 2009 I am having problems logging on with Krisflyer Number and Pin. Everytime I enter the details the web box goes back to the menu asking for Krisflyer and Pin. Not even getting nornal 1-5 try again message. Is there anyone else having difficulties logging in as Krisflyer member. I would like to redeem miles but since 15 september can got pass the log in screen for membership details.....


Maybe need to book a Qantas flight instead.
