I'm afraid your info is outdated by a few years. CCEs hardly fly. IAs do and they will go back to flying as IFS (if age permits) once their ground term is up.

Pls do not confuse this info; CCEs are a different group of people from IAs.

Thus if CCEs fly, they wear civilian clothes. Possibly on their own holidays

Red = Chief Stewardess / CSS
Purple / Brown / Aubergine (whatever it is ) = In Flight Supervisor / IFS

Yes there are, I've had one on a SIN-MAN flight and they don't half scare the young FSS's.

They don't wear Kebaya's.
