Check through for next-day flight

Hello! I am thinking about doing MNL-SIN on one day, then almost 30 hours after landing in SIN, continue on with SIN-BKK on the same ticket (although booking MNL-SIN and SIN-BKK as separate segments on a multi-city ticket rather than BKK as a direct final destination and SIN as a transit point to guarantee I have time to explore SIN). On this note, can I request the SIA check-in desks to check my hold baggage through to BKK at MNL?
