As far as I know, you will need to make a new booking and refund the original booking (will get charged the refund fee).
I haven't given the new "Change this booking" button a try so you might want to try if you can do the change there as well.

I have tried the 'Change this booking' button. You can change your flight date using that.

Is it possible to change my fare from Flexi to Flexi Saver which is $300 cheaper and get a refund?

I know it is highly impossible but I'll just ask here anyway.

At the time of my booking, there was only Flexi fare.

Now, there is Sweet Deals and Flexi Saver now.

Apologies, my response is based on the SQ SIN website. It appears that the cancellation fee charged from the SQ NZ website is excessive.

Online cancellation fee is SGD75. So it might be worthwhile for you to cancel and rebook again.

I just checked online.

Now there is a Flexi Saver ticket which is $300 cheaper.

I dunno why they did not have Flexi Saver then.
