    Wouldn't this be dependant on the travel agent handling your bookings?

    So far, I've used virtuallythere.com and viewtrip.com to check my SQ bookings and travel itinerary, and download the etickets.

      SQ has their own system known as krisnet (or kriscom??).

      If you booked the trip via a TA, you can ask your TA what system s/he uses and get the PNR which corresponds to that GDS.
      Gallileo = viewtrip.com
      Amadeus = checkmytrip.com
      Sabre = virtuallythere.com

      Or you could also punch in the SQ-specific krisnet/kriscom PNR into 'my bookings' on singaporeair.com but I've found the data on the other GDSes to be more informative.

        What he said.

        I think the current version is KrisCOM II.

          Interesting, I would have thought Abacus considering that SQ owns some significant portion of the company

            Related question:

            I have a Delta connection flight that is part of a confirmed itinerary booked on singaporeair.com. Is the booking on the DL flight under the control of SQ reservations? There is only one booking reference and the DL website doesn't recognize it.

              As the DL flight is booked by SQ, your booking on that flight would be controlled by SQ. You should be able to view the flight on singaporeair.com. You could also call up and ask for the DL reloc if you want to view the DL flight on the DL system, but it wouldn't necessarily be as informative as you'd expect as the record would've been 'pushed' over from the SQ system.

                Thanks KeithMEL.

                The DL leg shows up on the SQ system. Not knowing much about how reservation systems are linked, I expected the operating carrier's reservations system to register the passenger booking as well. Perhaps what is currently registered on the DL system is a nameless single booking under SQ? So does the DL check-in agent use my booking reference to pull up my booking from the SQ system?

                  SQ made you an interline booking on DL, so SQ is effectively your travel agent for the DL flight. The booking will also be stored under the DL system with its own PNR, with SQ segments connecting to the DL flight appearing as info segments. But usually when bookings are pushed over from another system, certain details like ticket numbers may not show up. All DL agents will be able to see the booking on their own system. If such a function is available on the DL website you'd be able to make seat selection with the DL reloc - however SQ could also do this for you.

                  If your DL flight is booked as an SQ codeshare, then the DL record will be even more useless for you as a pax and is there purely for info purposes only.
