A350 Deliveries and Routes

  • Airbus and Singapore Airlines has firmed up the order for 7 A350F with 5 options today at Singapore Airshow. As a result, 15 A320neo and 2 A350 pax version will be cancelled as part of the deal. Those 17 planes had a list value of $2.3 billion when Airbus last published prices in 2018, roughly the same price as the estimated value of the freighters.

        The flight path took it over Egypt and spanned across 4 continents.

        • Singapore Airlines will resume flying to Cairns, with the first flight departing Changi on 02MAR22 and first flight departing Cairns on 03MAR22.

                        • And it looks like 564 and 568 are the next two A350s for SQ. Not sure what happened to 514 and 525 though - I wonder if those were the two that they gave up (as part of the A350F order).

                                At the moment, different sources are giving different answers. There was a website which says either MSN 514 or MSN 525 is going to Azul Brasil. I find this highly unlikely given that the long haul market is decimated by COVID19 and Azul has issue to even take A330neo delivery, what more of A350. On French webpages, they are still both MSNs going to SQ. Planespotters.net has removed them, guess we shall see when both MSNs pop up for air test.
