I'm not sure what the purpose and intention is, of asking an airline to monitor a online forum.

The people who post here and share comments, that are not necessarily intended for SQ bean counters to notice.

Unless of course, users here are saying they feel the benefits of SQ is too much and they want it cut and want to pay more money to SQ which .....
