Wanted to pay for premium seats on upper deck on SQ321 on 15th Dec (currently on another seat). Only available seats are the bassinet seats which are given to parents with infants as priority. Anyone can help on when SQ will release these seats? can i call PPS to have a "soft" booking in event that it becomes available? or any suggestions on how can i nail these seats will be appreciated.
