  • Singapore from Lisbon via Barcelona on SQ

And on our return trip to Singapore from Lisbon via Barcelona, we may use Air Portugal (Terminal 2) or Iberia (Terminal 4) to BCN and for sure SQ from BCN to HKG.
The question I have concerns about my luggage: can I dispatch it from Lisbon directly to HKG or do I need to pick it up in Barcelona and then check-in again to HKG?

    Your comments are well appreciated.
    Thanks

Pretty sure you can interline your luggage check-in between TP and SQ (no need for pick-up in BCN), but I am not so sure about IB.
God must have been a ship owner, he placed the raw materials far from where they are needed and covered two-thirds of the earth with water...

      Thanks for you reply.
One more question even if your flight is on the next day morning?

That's funny... Isn't TAP a Star? SQ has got interline agreements with them. If it works from an SQ flt, it should work the other way round. You might want to check again with another person from TAP. Btw SQ also has interline with IB.

I would imagine that if there's too much time between the TP/IB flight to the SQ flight it is possible the interlining doesn't come into it and it becomes a stopover type situation..

Just speculation on my part though, if the OP cares to share the itin to give us all a better idea...
