hi all, need your help. i have a booking made the BD to fly tonight at 23:10 PST. Our puppy has gotten bit by another dog on our premises today, and we cannot leave until we know she is ok. Diamond Club is not open and will not be open until after we depart. We need to rebook for tomorrow. What should we do?

I'm not sure what to suggest given the extremely short time, are you flying on BD or another carrier? Call up the respective carrier and see what they say first? The call centre doesn't open before you're due to depart. Hope everything goes OK...

Thing is, you might be able to cancel it online, but I can't think of a way that you can rebook it for tomorrow, least of all because of their policy of no changes within D-7. Not sure if the Pre-Travel Support desk is open on Saturdays either.
If you cancel it online, you risk not being able to rebook it for tomorrow when everything opens again at London time, and if you leave it as it is, you risk forfeiting the miles/cash. Not a great situation to be in
