    PS. My comment is that the food was awful. The Malay Chicken Salad was strange and I was not asked about my dessert choices. The F/As were overwhelmed by the amount of work on these short flights. They offered choice of fruit, cheese or dessert. How about just simplify it to a fruit and cheese plate, since there are plenty of dessert in the bar in the aft of the cabin. The aft cabin was not served until an hour into the flight. They really ought to use a trolley.

    Everything was served directly from the galley and I found the F/As to be working very hard to serve a full business class cabin. For the first time, I wonder why they did not use the trolley. The F/As took all meal orders prior to departure and you could only choose cheese, fruit, OR dessert. The most popular dish was the prawns and they were ran out quickly. The meal was served in one tray but all assembled individually in the galley. It honestly made more sense to do a trolley service and then a separate dessert course with tea and coffee. The F/As were just running around for the first hour of the flight.

    Sliced and served with apple, fennel and dill salad, oven-dried cherry tomatoes and pickled capaerberries
