You guys are hillarious. Anyone dangle a mileage carrott in front of you then you go for it. That's the spirit . Anyways, looks like they still need some time to make this work so I shall wait for the 'general public' version of this program and see.

Mostly I take LCC between SIN and KUL and almost never is AK the cheapest. TR always beats them by a wide margin. Oh well maybe I book too late for AK to get decent fares.

I just checked into my account. The balance is 0. I will fly on AirAsia tomorrow and they promise me to credit this flight into the account. We shall see.

I suggest you guys write a complain email la. If not, they just thought I am the only one. I have hinted to them that many people also in the same situation in my complain email to Tony. Dunno if they get it.

I am paying 93.96 and only get credit for 49.56. I do not really think this programme worth le....

There is no way to enter the FF# for your booking for now... I think the "new" website is still not ready.

For me they will make exception for my next booking. I have to email them the booking reference and they promise to credit it back.

I think they are not aware of this fiasco until I wrote to Tony.

So I guess, for now, we have to wait until Q4. Well technically Q4 can be anytime from October to December

Yeah, I think there is some delay on launching this to the public. But you catch it..... So the official launch will not until Q4. Hence, you can't enter your membership number anyway when booking to their web.

Well I guess we are all qualify as the first 1000 members I suppose?
