It seems that 3K (not sure about JQ) has steathily done it again. As it stands now, baggage fees now start from $15 OW for 15 kg of checked baggage. The standard 20 kg of baggage now costs $17 per way. Seat selection for intra-Asia flights will now set you back by $4, and electronic processing fee is now a hefty $8 per way per passenger! That's $29 per way for all of the above, and is getting quite exhorbitant!
Just 2 years ago, one would pay only a total of $3 (electronic processing fee) for all of the above, including 20 kg of checked luggage and even, if you were fast enough, "upfront seats".
