Yes you do, but you don't have to accrue mileage to the OZ program in order to do OLCI. You just need to have the membership number to hand, so that you can type it into the OLCI screen.

Yep, as stargold says - you need an OZ FFP to OLCI or do a preassigned seat. Doesn't mean you have to credit it to that though.

Thoughts

You see, almost every time I snapped a picture - they came up to me and said "You know we have new seats? - Wish you had the new plane so you could take THOSE instead. These are old, ugly and we're ashamed"

Looking at this... I'd have to agree with their assessment

Mind you - the next flight I took several hours later had 23 inches worth of LCD, a whole bunch of entertainment on Demand and an equally good crew, but it does highlight what hardware can do for perception. I had a bit of culture shock going from the HL7417 to 9V-SWH.


That just about sums up my thoughts on their crew. Service was excellent, and they couldn't have done better. They took lots of pride in their work.

I can only imagine what OZ with the new F with this same crew would have been like. But that as they say, is a story for another time

Yeah, they really need to work on "actual size" photos. As mentioned, at the BBQ place the portions looked quite large when, in fact, they were very tiny.
