Wow those are certainly some eye opening pics for me , since I didn't and don't if I ever get a chance to travel in those suite.

Photos are nicely taken, very nice!

It doesn't feel very 'F like', for want of a better saying. I like the F cabin on the 744 miles more than the 77W.

In truth, there isn't much need to fly in F on the 77W as J is not far behind, especially if you can get in the front cabin which is just like F with only two rows of seats and 1-2-1 config.
I agree totally with the above.

There's more legroom on 744 F than 777W F. If you're rather tall, the offering is not generous.

I won't say 777W F has a proper cabin. It's shared between 2 rows of F and 2rows of J only separated by a partition. It feels confined like having a double-bed in a single room. It doesn't feel as exclusive as 744 F.

Dear Mr. StarG - I've done as you said. However I'm not sure.

Is it the one of the left (strap flipped) or right (Bag innards flipped)? - For reference, standard one is in the foreground

What's with the suffocation attempt? Plastic is bad.

As for sleeping upright the entire flight - I've been known to do this. Not on a flight with you though.

Never been in F/R (not wealthy enough). But just by looking at the photos, the F beds seems to be wider than the R beds. But in terms of comfort/softness, are the mattress(the back of the seat) on F same as the mattress on J? And what about the bed on R?Are they much softer than the beds on F?

Another thing I want to know is what is the maximum recline degree of F & R? Do you have pics of the maximum recline position of F & R?

Agreed. I don't think there'll ever be another cabin like F in the A section of a plane, unless the flight deck is placed somewhere else. And we have the Lockheed C-5 Galaxy to thank for this

They're born like that. Rest assured this pair have been liberated from the bags

Actually, I've done that quite a few times also, but never for 12:50 in one go

That is not necessarily true, because you sleep at a slight angle, so the width isn't quite fully available.

Not entirely sure, but it's integrated into the seatback

Yes, IMHO, they are. But that's because they're dedicated mattresses that have nothing to do with the seat.

No pics of those, but the recline on both the seats (without turning it into a bed) are not very good. They certainly won't go flat, and there's a fair gap between their max and 180 degrees that is not catered for. It's like having 2 lenses in your camera bag, a 10-22mm and a 100-400mm with the long and short end covered but no equipment to take those 23-99mm shots.

                    Nice TR, as always.

So aunty P and yourself flew separate SQ flights on the same day.

Do we get a TR from aunty P too?

                    Never a squeak from her

I have 2 aunts who never recline their seats.

They travel J class and always sit upright the entire flight, even on A380!

Which seems a shame to me...

                      Well done, SQFG.
I wasn't aware of those teadybears. Would have been a cool idea to ask for them to get one more souvenir of my SQ F experiences.
