  • BA ERJ190 to/from LCY

Not a TR. Not even a "photo" TR. Just 2 pics.

But IMO this BA CityFlyer ERJ190, operating out of LCY, is now by far the best way to fly intra-Europe to/from London (LCY). 2-2 seating and tons of legroom (no blockages under the seats).

And still new enough for now to not be rancid like those A319/320s operating from LHR...

Impressive legroom. LCY is good if you work in the City. A bit far from West End

        'Rancid'. You're being generous.

        on the LCY option.

For comparison, the legroom is equally impressive on the AY E190 (FRA-HEL). The only caveat (on AY) is that the overhead lockers may not accommodate some of the rollaboards allowed in North America.

It is a bit far from the West End, but still much better than LHR.

I enjoyed a erj170 on LCY-AMS this year too. Same deal as the 190 really

Was not in a hurry to get to any meetings. So it was 4 quid by DLR + Central Line to Bond St.

Great TR! It is as concise as usual.

I have never been on any Embraer regional jets before. Can anyone confirm if the legroom is always this generous on this type of aircraft?

I fly them quite frequently on AC. It's not that much, but it's comfortable.
