Where should I go?

I will be flying to Bali next February, and it occurs to me that perhaps I should visit somewhere else like Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, etc. Any ideas of where I should go and why? I'm a food. I have a zillion miles on SQ, and a zillion Amex points so a ticket shouldn't be hard to get.

I'll take it you're not a 'food', but a 'foodie'. In which case only you would know your preferences/dietary requirements.

Do you want somewhere 'in the region'? How long are you willing to fly?
