So it's basically just a travel agent asking you to pay upfront a fixed amount every month (in the hope that averaged out the agency won't make a loss). Nothing to see here - move on...

Let's create a service that only business travellers will want. Then let's make it totally impractical for them to actually use. ROFL.There are some constraints — the flights have to be booked seven days in advance, and you can’t have more than four open reservations at a time. You can also pay extra for things like last-minute booking, unlimited flight changes and more open reservations.

OneGo - Subscription Travel
It's an interesting proposal - travel buffet-style. Great for road warriors, I presume. I wonder if there's room for a subscription where you pay a fixed fee in return for fixed number of flights a year.
