  • Suggestions to help SQ reduce weight (thus fuel consumption)on their aircraft

Did incorporating inflight magazines in Krisworld succeed?

Pick up duty free at destination would reduce weight of those trolleys.

Also I promise to lose 4 kg...

Flush out the sewage once the plane hits 39k?

Give everyone weighing 80kg or less additional miles.

You're not a real man if you weigh less than 200 lbs (91kg)

Charge passengers by weight. Yes, just like shipping air cargo.

Carry more Dom & Krug. Ditch the others drinks.

Wear less clothes. The lesser, the better. They add to the total weight. Possible disadvantage: Longer wait for the loos

I have noticed on the A330 between SIN & BNE that at the destination the water talk is always still half full. There is a screen at the back of the AC showing the amount left in the tank. I wonder why they dont carry less water?

Why would there be a longer wait for the loos? Less clothes to remove should make people quicker + MHC would be in and out a lot quicker, so less time waiting for the loos.

Presumably, Boing's inferences are far more hormonal in nature.

I did suggest that the crew wear less clothes.

Practically, 17 crew without jackets/bra padding would mean less weight in theory.

The look on the cabin crew eyes, especially the guys were ..... priceless.

Longer waiting time to join a elite programme. Much easier to join than any of SQ's and points could be earned on any carrier.
