Way way OT : Watch winder

Is this non-aviation thread permissible?..but I go and ask anyway:

Given the fine living lifestyle of our SQtalkers, I was wondering if anyone of you have purchased/considered a watch winder for your fine time pieces?

I am considering purchasing one as a special gift for my brother's b'day ...brands like Orbita (Avanti/Futura/Voyager) or Scatola del Tempo looks good. Have done a bit of research of internet prices. However, I could not find any info on prices in S'pore. I have a weekend to NY next month? However, it seems more expensive in shops there.

Where is the best place to buy a more reliable/reputable watch winder? Have you bought one from the internet? Any recommendation(s)?

Unfortunately my lifestyle ain't refined enough to provide an adequate response to your question...

Those watch winders will tend to be expensive, from the scanning I've done in the past. I think the prices are sort of aligned with the value of the watches they would be used for.

After seing the prices, I concluded I could wind my watches as needed. Besides, I have a habit of bequeathing my watches to my brothers so I never have too many to keep track of.
