Airside transport from budget terminal to t2 / t3

I finally made a Tiger Air booking. I would like to use my priority pass lounges I wonder if there is airside transfer to T2 or T3 from budget terminal or shall i have to go loungeless.

There is some "budget" lounges after check in. You can use credit card to pay for your food and drink.
