Another new T3 lounge: PP and landside

PP has announced a new lounge in SIN T3. It's located land side so it should be possible for PP members to use this as an *arrivals* (yay!) lounge. The name is The Haven by JetQuay. Facilities include showers and nap rooms, although there is a fee for the latter.
