Arriving at 22:40 into T2 and departing at 01:30 from T3 means you have at least two hours to play with. You can take about five showers in that time!

It will take no more than 15 minutes to get to the SKL from T2.

Sorry for the odd question , but I will be arriving at 22:35/22:40 (if all goes to plan) in Singapore, Terminal 2 and departing at 01:30 from Terminal 3.

Is this enough time to transfer to Terminal 3 and then take a shower in the SIA Silverkris Lounge? Or will it be tight?

I had the option of taking an earlier flight - but that will give me a 4-hour layover at Changi and a total of 20 hours travelling time...
