Service has been a little 'iffy'.... but that was when it first opened... it should have improved since....

eg during Chinese wedding dinner... when it was time to serve tea to the elders.. the hotel had 2 cups only... for 12 people.. and a plastic tub of water to 'rinse' between each serving !

My friends were not impressed considering their family was forking out over $50K or so for the gala dinner.

service is warm and friendly and rooms are large and very nice. one of my fave hotels in SG!
