Public Transportation between CTS and Hilton Niseko

I've made reservation for Niseko Airport Shuttle.

And now I'm kinda worried. It's a 3hrs bus ride from CTS to Niseko.

What if I need to go? You know? Like No.1 and No.2

Any toilet facilities on board the coach or will there be rest stops?

I've checked out both links. The first one only start services on 12th Dec. The second link referred to the Chuo bus with the date 14 Dec 2013, so I assume it'll also only start service at around the same date this year?

Is there any email address that I can contact Hilton Niseko with? I've tried using their reservations email and did not receive any reply (not surprised as I suppose they only deal with reservations)

The first link looks most promising. The Tourist Info staff in Japan are usually very helpful, never had problems getting around despite my language handicap.

Will be staying one night at Hilton Niseko on 6th Dec.

Need help arranging for transportation between the airport and hotel and I'm feeling lost researching for info.

I understand that coach bookings are already open for Dec reservations?
