  • Does SQ provide any arrival services at SIN for F passengers?

I would like to know if SQ provides any arrival services for F passengers after arriving in SIN or do they wave you goodbye at the door of the plane and that's it? With arrival services I mean escort/ride to/through immigration/baggage claim, etc.
    Thanks.

Bye bye, thank you - and hope you've had a pleasant flight That's at door 1L.

Thou art on thy ownselfe afterwards.

As others have noted, SQ doesn't, partly because Changi is relatively painless for arriving passengers. The queues tend to be short at immigration; the baggage usually arrive within minutes of you arrival at the carousels (if they don't precede you there); and it doesn't take too long to get into the city, counting the wait for the cabs.

(The other reason is that SQ seems to have decided that ground services isn't really a crucial element of its offering to its premium pax.)

Very funny but sad at the same time. I mean for such a world class carrier you would think they would offer something more F passengers than just a goodbye.

Are you sure the queues are short at Changi (I know you're sure, but just asking again...)? I'm arriving at 7AM in the morning and looking at the arrivals it seems there are "a lot" of flights arriving "around" that time...

AFAIK, No, unless you're paying or you have a company paying for the CIP facilities, then, there is an arrival service
I know when you airline bling, that could only mean one thing

Very sure. Many on those flights are transit passengers.

In my travels, only once have I had to wait close to ten minutes. Unlike at many other airports, Changi doesn't funnel arriving pax into one (usually snaking) line that leads to a number of counters. You can join the queue for whatever counter is manned and is for your passport category. It's also pretty rare for passengers to require more than 30 seconds' processing.

Still, if unlucky, you may get stuck behind a person with some problems with their documents!
